Check in and setup begins at 1:00 PM

Parking and unloading:
Please go to Valet Parking in the lot next to the University Club (north), they will assist you in
where and how to unload.
Attendance:
Up to two people may attend the event per winery. Please let us know the names of each person
prior to sign in. Any additional staff must pay
$50.00 per person to enter.
If you need assistance unloading please don’t
hesitate to let the check in desk know.
Provided: Ice Bucket, Spit Bucket, Sign with
your winery name, one chair, water pitcher
and table cloth.
Décor:
You may add anything to the table you like,
but please nothing too fragrant. Please bring
your own cork screws. If you have any special
needs please let us know in advance.

WINE SHIPMENTS: If you wish to preship your wine please mark each box clearly “PinotFest Wines” and ship to: Noir Food & Wine, 52 North Mentor Avenue, Pasadena, CA 91106 attention: Katie Putterlik. Please allow ample shipping time for your wines to arrive prior to January 26th.

Wine Suggestions:
If you are pouring about 1 ounce pours, you have 24 pours per bottle.. For the event, we expect this year's attendance to be 300-350 (although the actual count won’t be available till the event). If pouring 1 wine, I would bring 6 bottles. pouring 2 wines 12 bottles, etc. Note: the more wines you are pouring the less of each you will probably need.
INSURANCE: You must provide us with a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming Noir Food & Wine as additionally insured to your generally liability insurance policy. Your certificate must be issued and delivered or faxed to Katie Putterlik (626.795.7333) no later than January 28th, 2010. Please provide the following information: Type of insurance must be Commercial General Liability, it must be Liquor Liability, Expiration must be after date of event, limit must be $1,000,000.00 per event, damages to premises and personal injury, make sure that Noir Management LLC is referenced as additional insured and that the location is University Club, 175 North Oakland Avenue, Pasadena, CA 91101-1713, (626) 793-5157.
