Your balance has been transferred to the Simple Casino domain. Any remaining balance you had at Speedy Casino or Speedy Bet before the move is usable at your Simple Casino account.

What happened to pending withdrawal requests during the move?

All withdrawal requests made from Speedy Casino or Speedy Bet before 26th April were handled as usual. You are able to withdraw all funds from your Simple Casino account.

What is the welcome offer and who is eligible to claim it?

If you didn’t already have a Simple Casino account, you are able to claim the Simple Casino welcome offer. The offer consists of 100% bonus up to €500 when you deposit minimum €50, and it is subject to the terms and conditions of the offer.

I already have an account at Simple Casino, has my Speedy Casino or Speedy Bet account still been transferred?

If you already have a Simple Casino account, we were not able to transfer your Speedy Casino or Speedy Bet account. In this situation, we have closed your Speedy Casino or Speedy Bet account on 26th April and transferred your funds to your Simple Casino account, where you can use them to play or withdraw in the usual way.

I have an account also with another Speedy brand (Speedy Casino or Speedy Bet).

If you hold multiple accounts across the Speedy brands, we have transferred your most recently active account to Simple Casino. We have transferred the funds from your other Speedy account. This means you are able to continue playing or withdraw the funds directly from Simple Casino.
