Spirit of the Beast: Relax Gaming stands for quality

Relax Gaming is on its way to becoming my favourite slot studio.

After their releases of Money Train 2, Hellcatraz and Multiplier Odyssey, they deserve the fullest attention. And they continue to move on with stunners like Book of 99 and now this slot. And, by the way, many other Relax Gaming slots are excellent as well!

Most of their slots come with the Buy a Bonus feature, which is excellent as you can get straight to where you want to be: lots of action and fireworks.

Spirit of the Beast is perhaps a bit more modest, given the maximum win of 11,531x (which I not very high compared to some other Relax gaming slots), but by no means is this more boring. The gameplay is fascinating.

And last but not least, the animations of the slot. These are very, but very professional.

Gameplay and Features

It’s a 5 reel slot with 3 symbols each, and it has 15 paylines.

The Wild animals are the ones you want to see. So you have the Buffalo, the Brown Bear, the Vulture, the Horse and the Wolf as the high-paying symbols.

The lows are the Stars, Hearts, Clubs, Spades and Diamonds. Furthermore, we have the Wilds and the Bonus Symbols.

Spirit Summoner Feature

Sometimes, the Spirit Summoner Feature triggers randomly. One high-paying symbol is selected and can become stacked on one or more reels. All other highs disappear, thereby increasing your chances to get a win with premium symbols.

How do you win the free spins?

You win 12 free spins if you manage to spin 3 Bonus symbols on the three middle reels.

Alternatively, you buy the free spins with the Bonus Buy feature. It costs 70x the original stake, after which you’ll get the required 3 Bonus symbols in the next spin. 

The free spins – six bet multipliers

There are six bet multipliers, which you see at the top of the reels.

The most lucrative one is the Wild multiplier of 10,000x. After that, the Buffalo multiplier is worth 1,000x, followed by the Bear multiplier of 300x, the Vulture multiplier of 100x, the Horse multiplier of 50x and the Wolf multiplier of 20x.

If, for example, you manage to collect 5 stacked reels of Buffalo’s during the entire free spins, you win the Buffalo multiplier of 1000x. It works in the same way with the other multipliers.
